Well Placed HR are delighted to have been assigned by a fantastic organisation based in Truro as they seek to recruit a HR & Office Manager for their small team.

This is a very well-established organisation in Cornwall, which has grown from strength to strength in recent years. With a headcount of around 25, this organisation are looking for an HR generalist to take over the day-to-day operational HR, as well as keeping on top of the general operations within the office.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager ideally qualified to CIPD Level 5 (although this is not essential), with exposure gained in a similar sized business within any sector. Up to date experience in HR policy, employee relations and recruitment is essential. Above all, an ability to recognise and uphold a great team culture where staff across all departments feel empowered and happy in their work.

My client offers an excellent working environment along with a hybrid working pattern (3 days onsite and 2 remote). Due to the nature of the role, you must be based locally to Truro to carry out the role effectively. There may be occasions where you would need to travel to Bristol and London but this is well within a manageable limit.
