HR Advisor £35,000 - Torquay - Permanent - Full-Time or Part-Time Considered

Well Placed HR is delighted to be partnering with a respected and values-led charity to recruit a HR Advisor.

The Role

As HR Advisor, you'll provide proactive support across a broad range of HR activities while partnering with managers to deliver positive people outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

-  Advising managers on employee relations matters and employment legislation

- Supporting disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management processes

- Coaching managers on HR best practice and people management issues

- Supporting recruitment and workforce planning activities

- Assisting with organisational change and development initiatives

- Contributing to employee wellbeing and engagement programmes

- Analysing HR data and identifying trends

- Supporting the development of HR processes, policies and management capability

About You

We're looking for a confident and proactive HR Advisor who is ready to take the next step towards Business Partnering.

You'll bring:

-  Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Advisor role

- Strong employee relations experience

- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- A positive, solutions-focused approach

- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience

- Experience within the charity sector or working with volunteers would be advantageous but is not essential.
