Senior HR Advisor (Employee Relations) - £37,000–£37,500 | Exmouth | Permanent, Full-Time

Well Placed HR is delighted to be partnering with a respected and established charity to recruit an experienced Senior HR Advisor, with an emphasis on Employee Relations.

The Role

As Senior HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to managers and leaders, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive positive people outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Advising on a wide range of employee relations matters

- Supporting recruitment and talent attraction activities

- Coaching and developing managers on people management best practice

- Contributing to workforce planning and organisational development initiatives

- Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and culture-focused projects

- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and effectively

- Using people data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement

About You

We're looking for a confident and proactive Senior HR Advisor who enjoys building strong relationships and finding practical solutions to people challenges.

The ideal candidate will bring:

- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role

- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

- Experience managing employee relations cases

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach

- CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous
