Interim Human Resources Business Partner - £50k - Full time and Interim for 6 months, plymouth based with hybrid options
Well Placed HR are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in Plymouth to recruit an experienced Interim HR Business Partner.
This is a key role within a busy and fast-paced HR function, providing expert support to managers across a wide range of employee relations and people matters. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate complex HR issues, improve team performance and deliver positive organisational outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys a hands-on, operationally focused role with genuine influence across the business. You will be involved in and oftentimes take charge of a range of ongoing projects within the organisation.
As HR Business Partner your responsibilities will include:
- Provide expert advice on employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and capability
- Partner with managers to support performance and people management issues
- Lead and support organisational change and workforce planning activity
- Support recruitment, retention and talent initiatives
- Coach and advise managers to build capability and confidence
- Use HR data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Contribute to HR policy, projects and continuous improvement activity
About You
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
- Confident managing complex casework
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent experience
This is a varied and engaging HR Business Partner role, giving the opportunity to join a collaborative HR team. My client is offering a competitive salary, along with flexible working arrangements and the option to work remotely 2-3 days per week. This is an interim role for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of this to be extended to longer term for the right candidate. My client is seeking an experience HRBP who has a proven people centric approach.
