Human Resources Advisor (Part time)

Part Time Human Resources Advisor - Gloucestershire / Hybrid - £35k + Bonus

Well Placed HR have been exclusively engaged by a fabulous client who are currently going through an exciting period of growth.

They are looking to add an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their growing team. The role will be offered on a permanent basis, working 30 hours per week (take home salary is £35k) over 5 days with hours being 10am-4pm with slight flexibility. The role is offered on hybrid basis, with remote working day to day with added essential travel to sites in Gloucestershire and Bristol.

You will work closely with the HR Manager with duties including:  
-Review policies and update accordingly to ensure compliance, create new polices as required.
-General HR duties, including employee relations, administrating absence and return to work process
-Assist with recruitment across the organisation and all sites, including advertising, onboarding, probation reviews and creating employment contracts
-Staff audits
-Implementation of new HR projects
-Ensuring processes and procedures are streamlined

The ideal candidate will:
-Be an experienced Human Resources Advisor with proven experience in managing employee relations.
-Be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or above) – however those who are qualified by their experience may still be considered.
-Have a sound knowledge of employment law
-Have excellent knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Office 360
-Live within a commutable distance of Gloucestershire
-Be prepared for an enhanced DBS check
