Interim Human Resources Administrator - Plymouth / Hybrid - £24,000
Well Placed HR are delighted to have been assigned, a large charity and notable Plymouth employer. The charity has a sizeable headcount of employees working across multiple sites and this role will work within a highly experienced and efficiently functioning people management team. This is a full time, interim contract with a fixed duration of 12 months. The charity offers a hybrid working arrangement for employees that seek up to 2 days of remote working per week.
This is a broad role that represents an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with limited human resources exposure looking to develop their career in the sector, or an experienced office administrator seeking a move into a people management function. Key responsibilities to include:
- Support a diverse range of HR administration duties using HR software systems
- Respond to employee queries
- Recruitment: Assisting with all areas of the recruitment function including vacancy advertisements, interviewing and onboarding process
- Human resources administration including assistance with payroll, maintenance of HR data, employee relations, training and development
We’re seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience gained either in a people management function, or a fast-paced administration department. Candidates that are working towards CIPD or qualified to CIPD 3 (or above), are most welcome to apply. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.
