HR ADVISOR

£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Site based role in – Weston-super-Mare

Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm | Friday 8.30am - 4pm

We’re working with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This is a varied, hands-on HR role where you’ll work closely with line managers across the business, providing advice and support across the full employee lifecycle.

The role will cover a broad range of HR activity including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, development and general HR advice. You will also support HR projects, reporting and the ongoing development of HR policies and processes, as well as maintaining accurate employee records on the HR system.

This would suit an HR Advisor who enjoys working closely with managers, building strong relationships and providing practical, commercially-minded HR advice. You will be organised, confident and comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification, or equivalent

- Have previous experience working in an HR Advisor role

- Have excellent employee relations and generalist HR experience

- Be confident advising and supporting line managers

- Have strong communication and organisational skills

- Have experience using HR systems and producing HR reports

- Be able to travel to other sites when required and therefore a driving license is important

You will receive:

- £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

- £500 annual bonus, subject to KPIs
