- Strong generalist HR experience
- Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience managing employee relations and performance issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience of working independently and managing competing priorities
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across Cornwall when required
Experience within care, healthcare or another regulated environment would be advantageous, as would experience with Sponsorship Licences, Home Office reporting and the SMS system, although this is not essential.
You will need to be based in Cornwall or Devon within a reasonable travelling distance of Cornwall.
In return, the organisation offers:
- £33,000 - £35,000 salary this is the actual salary not the FTE!
- Home based working with travel as required
- 45p per mile mileage allowance
- Other financial and non-financial benefits and bonuses
