This is a varied, hands-on HR role and would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, supporting managers and employees and making sure HR processes and systems work effectively. - Providing guidance and training to managers on HR processes, systems and people management.

- Managing and maintaining HR systems and ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date.

- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.

- Managing and mentoring an HR Administrator/Coordinator.
