Well Placed HR is delighted to be recruiting an HR Administrator on behalf of a growing and people-focused organisation with sites across the UK.
This HR Administrator opportunity is ideal for an organised and proactive individual looking to build or develop a career in HR. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll support the day-to-day running of the HR function, providing high-quality administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle.
As the HR Administrator, you'll enjoy a varied role with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, HR systems and reporting, making this an excellent opportunity to broaden your HR experience within a supportive team.
As HR Administrator you will be responsible for
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assisting with learning and development administration.
- Monitoring the HR inbox and responding to employee queries.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Assisting with the implementation of a new HRIS and other HR systems.
- Producing monthly HR reports, including absence and turnover data.
- Ensuring HR records remain compliant with GDPR and company policies.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider HR team.
The Ideal candidate will have
- Previous administration experience (HR experience would be advantageous but isn't essential).
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
A DBS check will be required for the successful HR Administrator, and there may be occasional travel to other UK sites.
