HR Advisor - Redruth (100% onsite) - £32,500 - £37,500

Well Placed HR are delighted to be working with a long-established and people-focused business based in Redruth, with sites across Cornwall and the South West. They’re growing fast and have big plans for the future. To make that happen they’re looking for a HR Advisor, who’s passionate about supporting great teams and shaping a positive workplace culture.

If you’re an experienced HR generalist who loves variety, enjoys building relationships and wants to make a real difference, this could be a brilliant next step.

Key responsibilities will include;

- Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees

- Advising on employee relations, performance management and organisational development

- Leading and supporting engagement, wellbeing and learning initiative

- Supporting recruitment and onboarding to ensure a smooth experience for new starter

- Maintaining and improving HR policies, processes and compliance

- Analysing people data to identify trends and inform business decisions

We’d love to hear from you if you’re CIPD Level 5 qualified (or have equivalent experience), and have hands-on HR experience in a busy, people-focused environment. You’ll have strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice and be someone who communicates well, builds trust easily and takes a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. You’ll be confident influencing at all levels, adaptable to change and genuinely passionate about people and culture work. Experience using HRIS or digital HR tools would be a bonus, but it’s not essential.
