Human Resources Advisor - Bridgwater - Circa: £40,000 -  Full time - Permanent 

Well Placed HR have been exclusively assigned by a rapidly expanding and highly successful manufacturing business to assist with some exciting recruitment. The company has an outstanding reputation for staff retention and is highly regarded for its employee development. They now seek to recruit an exceptional HR Advisor to assist directly with one of the HR Business Partners within the team.

Contributing at an operational level, the successful candidate will join a rapidly expanding HRM team and take full management of assisting within a specific area of the business. The key focus of this role is to support the wider team with employee relations, providing a service to line managers with regards to all areas of day-to-day HR. You will ensure transactional HR runs seamlessly throughout the organisation. You will have a focus on culture and engagement, ensuring there is a positive workplace culture throughout.

Day-to-day duties will include:

• Employee relations – providing accurate advice to managers in all areas of the organisation.

• Promoting inclusivity throughout the team.

• Supporting working relationships within all areas of the organisation.

• Updating all systems to ensure compliance.

• Supporting the HRBP in delivering projects.

• Keeping up to date with employment law changes.

We’re looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of recently gained people advisory experience with up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of human resources, employment law and general HR policy. Ideally, you’ll be qualified to CIPD Level 5 although candidates currently operating at Level 3 or studying towards CIPD Level 5 will be given strong consideration. If you are not qualified but your experience reflects the level of work required, please still apply. You will ideally have previous experience within a manufacturing environment, although this is not essential. You will be joining a passionate and friendly human resources team and therefore team fit and a positive attitude will be essential.

This role is offered on a permanent and full-time basis, it is fully site-based so you must live within a commutable distance of Bridgwater. My client offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary of around £40k for this role.
