Office Manager

Well Placed HR have been assigned by a long-standing and highly reputable multi-site hospitality business based on the outskirts of Newquay (with free onsite parking), who are seeking to recruit an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This is an interim position for 12 months, offered on a full-time basis. It is an integral role within the organisation, and it is vital that applicants have proven experience in administration, office management and HR.

We are seeking an organised, friendly and motivated individual to assist in the running of a very busy office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with venue managers to assist with HR-related tasks
• Ensuring the business remains compliant and maintains up-to-date insurance at all times
• Assisting with ad hoc day-to-day issues as they arise
• Attending regular meetings and ensuring all areas of the organisation are kept fully informed of any new developments or process changes
• Collaborating with other departments to update documentation, processes and day-to-day operations
• Managing relationships with suppliers and ensuring strong partnerships are maintained

This is a busy role that requires excellent attention to detail, time management and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for maintaining clear communication between departments and therefore must be approachable to all.

Ideal candidates will come from a hospitality or leisure and tourism background. This is a full-time, interim position based fully on site near Newquay. The salary offered is £33,000, and the role comes with a range of additional benefits.
