Human Resources Services Specialist - Bridgwater - Circa: £45-50k

Well Placed HR have been exclusively assigned by a rapidly expanding and highly successful manufacturing business to assist with the recruitment of a brand-new role within their people team. This fantastic organisation is current going through a period of growth within their people team and are seeking a qualified HR expert to deliver accurate and compliant HR services within all areas of fundamental HR.  

Taking a lead in all areas of compliance, policy and procedure across the organisation, you will you implement central HR initiatives, systems and policies throughout.

Day to day duties will include:

• Deliver accurate and timely HR administration across the employee lifestyle.
• Ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant
• Provide advice to line managers
• Oversee and support HR administration activity
• Support the roll out of a new HR system
• Ensure organisation is fully compliant with evolving employment law
• Maintain data to ensure readiness for audits
• Embed policies and procedures across the organisation
• Drive a culture of accuracy and compliance
• Partner with HR colleagues to embed new initiatives, processes and systems
• Support exciting HR projects  

We’re looking for a senior level candidate with experience of managing HR Systems and up to date knowledge of all aspects of human resources, employment law and general HR policy. Ideally, you’ll be qualified to CIPD level 5 although candidates currently operating at level 3 or studying towards CIPD level 5 will be given strong consideration. If you are not qualified but your experience reflects the level of work required, please still apply. You will ideally have previous experience within a manufacturing environment, although this is not essential. You will be joining a passionate and friendly human resources team and therefore team fit and a positive attitude will be essential.

This role is offered on a permanent and full-time basis, it is based fully on site so you must live within a commutable distance of Bridgwater. My client offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary range of £45-50k for this role.
