Well Placed HR have been exclusively reengaged by our long standing client, a very rapidly growing and highly successful software developer who produce market leading digital accounting solutions to finance functions throughout the UK. They are a genuine market leader in their field and their software as widely regarded as the industry standard. We have introduced a number of employees to the business over the past few years and not one has left the company’s employment. The role represents a rare opportunity to work with an employer whose staff retention and development is almost unrivalled. This role is permanently based remotely/from home. However, suitable candidates must ideally be based within a commutable distance of the company HQ in South Devon to enable ongoing product training and to ensure that you have a close working relationship with your colleagues. The company will provide all of the necessary IT and telephony equipment, broadband, and even home office furniture to ensure that the role can be completed in comfort and with all tools at your disposal.
The company has tasked us with sourcing a great candidate to fulfil a brand new role in the company, Project Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful running of implementing processes and maintaining associated project documentation. The Project Admin Assistant will act as a key point of communication between internal colleagues and the company’s clients. Key focus of the role to include:
- Create, organise and maintain project plans and documentation
- Maintain up-to-date records of project decisions and communications
- Track project tasks and milestones, updating project management systems as required
- Monitor and escalate potential project obstacles and delays
- Working closely to assist the Project Manager
For this role we seek a confident and efficient administrator with a strong aptitude for working closely with key clients and colleagues across a range of departments. Just like the nature of the company’s product range, the business is technology focussed an applicant should have a strong proficiency in MS Office products and ideally, though not essentially, previous exposure in using digital project management tools. This will be a rewarding but busy role which will require A+ organisational skills and a genuine problem-solving attitude.
