Well Placed HR are delighted to have been assigned by a long standing and highly regarded services business based in near Redruth. They seek to recruit an experienced HR Manager on a permanent but part time basis (2.5-3days per week).

This is a small but very well-known organisation in Cornwall, which has grown from strength to strength in recent years.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager ideally qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5, with exposure gained in a similar sized business within any sector. Up to date experience in HR policy making, regulatory reporting, recruitment and staff management absolutely essential. Above all, an ability to recognise and uphold a great team culture where staff across all departments feel empowered and happy in their work.
